Omar Samb

Omar studied notarial law at Utrecht University and graduated in 2010.

After his studies Omar specialised in corporate law as a candidate notary. He has extensive experience in advising on and implementing (cross-border) restructuring, incorporation of companies, share transfers and corporate law in a broad sense. He also gained experience as an in-house lawyer at a multinational company.

From 2021 Omar will continue advising national and international clients at Fruytier Lawyers in Business.
