The private company with limited liability Fruytier Lawyers in Business B.V. (“Fruytier Lawyers in Business”) is a company incorporated under Dutch law, with its registered office in Amsterdam.

 

Fruytier Lawyers in Business aims to use its website as a means of presenting itself to the outside world, providing an introduction to legal subjects in an approachable and professional way, and sharing knowledge with the visitors it attracts. Fruytier Lawyers in Business respects the privacy of all users of this website and observes the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act in that respect. Fruytier Lawyers in Business reserves the right to amend this Privacy Statement when it sees reason to do so.

Fruytier Lawyers in Business only collects personal data that have been explicitly and voluntarily provided by those who visit this website, such for the purpose of monitoring the visitors to its website and their preferences. This allows us to make the website more and more relevant to its visitors. When visiting the website, certain information is automatically provided by your computer. Offline communication and applications

All of the above also applies to all offline communication. If you send a paper letter to our mailing address or provide us with personal information over the telephone, you grant us permission to the processing of your personal data. With regard to applications for employment, we will destroy your personal data after the completion of the application process.

Fruytier Lawyers in Business does not exercise any influence over the data retention period at third parties, such as LinkedIn.  We do determine the retention period for data stemming from our contact form, intake form, and e-mail requests. We keep these for a maximum of two years.
