Fruytier advises and litigates in procurement matters. In the past, on behalf of Issue Information Technology B.V., Fruytier managed to reverse an irregular procurement procedure by the Municipality of Purmerend, due to, among other things, the Municipality of Purmerend’s failure to comply with the award criteria it had laid down.
