Myrddin van Westendorp is a partner in the firm since 2018. Myrddin practises law since 2006 on a broad range of corporate transactions, including liability and employment law. Prior to joining Fruytier Lawyers in Business he was a member of a large renowned global lawyer’s office in Amsterdam.
As a lawyer he is a seasoned litigator and advisor on a wide variety of (international) corporate matters. And is praised for his highly extensive experience on merging and acquisition for both large and medium size companies and financial institutions. Thus he has constructed a significant broad based practice and amongst his clients are listed private individuals, starters, entrepreneurs as well as shareholders.
