Method and rates
Entrepreneurs want the certainty that their business is profitable. This is only possible if costs are manageable. This includes legal fees. It is easier to estimate the costs of advisory work than those of litigation. Thanks to our many years of experience, we can give you an indication, but we cannot always predict the actions of the other party. That is why we work with our clients in different ways. Where possible, we offer you a choice. Before the case starts, so that you know where you stand.
Alternative fee arrangements
Anyone who has ever worked with a lawyer knows that they traditionally charge by the hour. However, we are happy to agree on rates with clients, such as a fixed hourly rate regardless of years of experience (flat rate), or a discount on hourly rates for cases of a certain size, or even a fixed price for handling the entire case.
We can make a proposal tailored to the case and your personal situation.
hourly rates
For clients who prefer to work with hourly rates, we charge a rate of €180 for a junior employee up to a maximum of €410 for an experienced specialist. This makes us an affordable alternative to the large firms. It goes without saying that we deliver at least the same quality.
The rates depend on the experience of the lawyer and the complexity of the case. And whatever amount is charged, our clients always consider our invoice to be reasonable compensation for our services.
Complaints procedure
Of course, we do our utmost to assist our clients to their satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know as soon as possible. Our firm uses the “internal complaints” model proposed by the Bar Association, which will be made available to you upon request. Simply send an email to [email protected] with your request. The complete complaints procedure you will find here.
