Vincent joined the firm as a partner in early 2020. Shortly before that, in 2019, he successfully completed the Grotius postgraduate specialization program in Corporate and Business Law. Vincent specializes in litigation and advising on commercial and corporate law matters. He advises a wide range of companies—including startups, scale-ups, and publicly traded companies—on issues related to corporate law, contract law, and employment law.
Vincent also serves on the advisory boards of various companies, such as SaasCollective and The Green Lab, where he advises the boards on corporate and business law matters.

Vincent also enjoys taking on challenges—not only when it comes to legal matters but also in sports. For example, he has participated in the Weissensee, the Jungfrau Marathon, and the 70.3 Ironman, and he has climbed more than a dozen 4,000-meter-plus peaks in the Alps.
