Fruytier Lawyers and Business: Dutch Member of Lawyers Associated Worldwide

Being part of the LAW network gives our firm the ability to respond quickly to the needs of clients that operate internationally. For instance our firm represents the interest of a rapidly growing Dutch company that owns the IP rights in certain wind turbine technology and exploits these rights for instance by erecting wind parks. In different contractual matters with customers all over the word the assistance of LAW partners in countries as Turkey, United States and Thailand was required.

The legal opinion of Cox Smith Matthews Incorporated (our LAW partner in San Antonio, Texas) was instrumental to a victory of our firm in a summary proceeding before the District Court of Haarlem in a dispute wherein the other party tried to force the transfer of shares on the basis of a signed sale and purchase agreement.

With the legal opinion we could convince the court that plaintiff was not duly represented in court. Even one of the major law firms in the Netherlands, who we worked with in this case, was very impressed by the quality and speed offered through LAW.
