Frans Schoute

First sworn in as a lawyer in May 1978, Frans has been working as an independent lawyer since October 1993 in the commercial advice and litigation practice and as a specialist in labour law and company law (shareholder disputes). He is also a specialist in (sports) disciplinary law.

The now formalized cooperation stems from an existing situation in which Frans and Fruytier Lawyers in Business mutually assist/consult each other in various areas of law. Frans continues to work through his own firm Schouteadvocaat.nl.
