Marcel Fruytier became a lawyer in 1993 after having practised for over ten years as a corporate lawyer. First, he worked for a department of Transol TVI Investments B.V. In this position, he was involved in the establishment of Air Holland and various hardware and software companies, as well as in the refinancing and new start of various trading companies. From 1988 to 1994 he was the head of the legal department of Wijsmuller, a major, internationally operating tug and salvage company. In this period, he controlled many international procedures and he handled national and international take-overs.

Mr. M.P.M. Fruytier mainly advises entrepreneurs in many fields on the basis of his business background.
