Vincent Rutgers (born in 1974) graduated in 1999 from Amsterdam University with a major in intellectual property law. Both during and after his studies Vincent has worked in the entertainment industry.

Since 1999, Vincent Rutgers has been a practicing lawyer. In June 2002 he started working for Fruytier Lawyers in Business, where he became a partner early 2008. Prior to joining Fruytier Lawyers in Business he worked in the general group practice on the Netherlands' Antilles. Thanks to his broad experience in business, Mr. S.V. Rutgers is quite able to provide clients with practical and purposeful advice at an early stage. Mr. S.V. Rutgers opts for an enterprise-oriented, proactive approach.

The daily practice of Mr. S.V. Rutgers consists of matters in the areas of contract law, corporate law, bankruptcy law and intellectual property law. Mr. S.V. Rutgers also often advises in the field of entertainment law and music law.
