Noël Ellens recently joined our firm as a legal advisor. He has had a widely orientated career as a lawyer (since 1985) and entrepreneur. He was initially specialized in the criminal law practice, but over time he decided to transfer to the civil law practice. For some time now he has been specialized in administrative law, more specifically environmental law.

Environmental law is a rapidly growing practice area, which every entrepreneur will get to know sooner or later. Whether it is in the perspective of spatial law (building permits, zoning plans, damage caused by planning), emission rights or otherwise.

Noël Ellens lived in France for several years, which is where he acquired the necessary knowledge and connections, to make him more than capable of giving the appropriate legal and financial advice to those planning on moving to France to start a new life.
