During his study Mr. Van Westendorp has been affiliated with two law firms in Amsterdam. Besides, he has been the chairman of the Stichting Wetwinkel Amsterdam (foundation that provides free legal aid).

 

Before joining Fruytier Lawyers in Business in September 2010,  Mr. Van Westendorp has been affiliated with a large international law firm in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He has wide experiences in advising and litigating in cases relating to employment, international contracting/commercial and corporate law.

 

Mr. Van Westendorp has also significant experience in advising on the legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions within the financial sector. During the last years, he has advised on the merger and acquisition of financial institutions at a national and international level.

                                

His clients vary from large (international) companies to entrepreneurs.
